Designed and developed a full-stack real-time workspace platform for teams. Inix combines Notion-grade documents, Slack-grade chat, and Linear-grade tasks into one unified interface. Implemented live co-editing with presence indicators, Socket.IO-powered messaging with typing indicators, and a drag-and-drop Kanban board. Built a command palette (⌘K) for quick navigation and global search across documents, messages, and tasks. Integrated Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for performance monitoring. Features a dark-first, glassmorphic UI with smooth animations using Framer Motion. Backend built with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB with JWT authentication, refresh tokens, and role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Member).
